With years of experience in youth soccer development, Pau has coached at some of the most prestigious academies in the world. Previously, he held coach and director roles in the FC Barcelona Foundation as a director in the FC Barcelona Academy in Chicago and Austin, bringing top-level training to aspiring players in the United States. While still in Spain, he also worked as a coach at the RCD Espanyol Foundation and RCD Espanyol Escola, focusing on developing young players and enhancing their technical and tactical growth through the unique Spanish methodology and style of play. Pau grew up playing and learning the game in the Barcelona area before moving onto the coaching ranks.

In addition to his extensive coaching background, Pau holds the prestigious UEFA A License and a USSF C License. Having coached in the U.S. for several years, he has gained valuable insight into the American soccer landscape.

Now, with Técnica Fútbol Academy, Pau aims to combine his deep understanding of both Spanish and American soccer cultures to create elite training experiences for players looking to take their skills to the next level.
